A simple, festive, and easy-to-assemble charcuterie board featuring creamy brie, fresh blueberries, strawberries, and crunchy crackers, perfect for celebrations or casual snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 wheel Brie cheese (about 8 oz / 225 g), room temperature
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (150 g), washed and dried
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries (about 150 g)
  • 2 cups water crackers or baguette slices (about 50 g)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (preferably raw or local)
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • Handful of blue corn tortilla chips (optional)
  • ½ cup mixed nuts (70 g), lightly toasted (almonds, pecans, or walnuts)

Instructions

  1. Bring Brie to room temperature (about 20 minutes) for a creamy, spreadable texture.
  2. Rinse blueberries and strawberries gently under cold water and pat dry. Slice strawberries evenly.
  3. Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until fragrant and lightly golden. Let cool.
  4. Arrange water crackers and blue corn tortilla chips in clusters on the serving board, leaving space for cheese and fruit.
  5. Place the brie wheel in the center of the board. Make a shallow cut around the top rind to help honey soak in.
  6. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of honey evenly over the brie, allowing it to pool slightly.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt over the honeyed brie.
  8. Scatter blueberries and strawberries around the brie and crackers in an alternating star-spangled pattern.
  9. Add toasted nuts in small piles and tuck rosemary sprigs between elements for aroma and decoration.
  10. Adjust the arrangement for a balanced and inviting presentation.

Notes

Bring brie to room temperature before serving for best texture. Avoid overcrowding the board to keep it tidy and easy to serve. Use a sharp knife for clean cheese slices. Toast nuts just before assembling for best flavor. For a warm variation, bake brie with honey and rosemary at 350°F for 10 minutes until gooey. Store leftovers refrigerated up to 2 days and reheat brie gently in a 300°F oven for 5-7 minutes.
