Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch rainbow carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 3 assorted bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cups seedless grapes
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls, bite-sized
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cubes
  • 4 oz creamy goat cheese log, sliced
  • 4 cups assorted crackers (including multigrain and water crackers)
  • 1 loaf mini baguette, sliced and toasted
  • 1 ½ cups classic hummus (Sabra brand recommended)
  • 1 cup herbed Greek yogurt dip (Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp fresh dill, 1 tsp lemon zest, 1 small minced garlic clove)
  • 1 cup spicy avocado salsa (2 ripe avocados diced, 1 medium tomato diced, ½ tsp red chili flakes, juice of 1 lime)
  • 1 cup marinated olives
  • ½ cup roasted almonds
  • A handful fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse all fresh produce thoroughly. Slice cucumbers and bell peppers into thin, bite-sized pieces. Peel and cut rainbow carrots into sticks. Halve strawberries and remove grapes from stems. Keep everything chilled until assembly.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette into ½-inch rounds, place on a baking sheet, and toast for about 5 minutes or until golden and crisp. Remove and let cool.
  3. Prepare the dips in separate bowls: For classic hummus, transfer store-bought hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil and smoked paprika. For herbed Greek yogurt dip, combine Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon zest, and minced garlic; stir well. For spicy avocado salsa, mix diced avocados, diced tomato, red chili flakes, and lime juice gently to keep some texture.
  4. Slice cheeses into bite-sized pieces or rounds. Arrange mozzarella balls, cheddar cubes, and goat cheese slices evenly on the platter. Add marinated olives and roasted almonds in small bowls or scattered around.
  5. Place dips in small bowls spaced evenly on the board. Arrange veggies and fruits around the dips, mixing colors and textures. Fill gaps with crackers and toasted baguette slices. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  6. Give the board a final look to ensure a good balance of colors and easy access to each item. Add extra crackers or veggies to fill any dry spots.

Notes

Keep crackers separate from dips and moist ingredients until serving to prevent sogginess. Prepare dips and sliced ingredients last to maintain freshness. Toast baguette slices right before assembly for best texture. Cover assembled board loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate if prepping ahead. Use dairy-free cheese and coconut yogurt dips for vegan options. Swap crackers for gluten-free varieties if needed.
