A quick and satisfying snack board featuring a creamy fruit dip paired with fresh fruit, cheese, nuts, and crackers. Perfect for busy afternoons and nostalgic moments.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (120 ml) plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 medium apple, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup (150 g) seedless grapes, washed and separated into small clusters
  • 1 cup (150 g) fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup (125 g) cubed sharp cheddar cheese
  • Crackers or pita chips
  • A handful of raw almonds or walnuts

Instructions

  1. Make the Creamy Fruit Dip: In a medium bowl, combine 8 oz softened cream cheese and ½ cup plain Greek yogurt. Using an electric hand mixer or whisk, beat until smooth and creamy (2-3 minutes). If cream cheese isn’t softened, microwave in 10-second bursts until just soft but not melted.
  2. Add Sweeteners and Flavor: Stir in 3 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (if using). Mix until evenly combined. Taste and add more honey if desired.
  3. Prepare the Fruit and Cheese: While the dip chills in the fridge for at least 10 minutes, slice the apple thinly, halve the strawberries, separate grapes into small clusters, and cube about 1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese. Keep nuts handy for serving.
  4. Arrange the Snack Board: Place the dip in a small bowl or ramekin on your serving board. Arrange fruit slices and clusters around the dip. Add cheese cubes, crackers, and nuts to fill in the spaces. Mix colors and shapes for an inviting presentation.
  5. Final Touches: Optionally drizzle extra honey over the fruit or sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on the dip before serving for added aroma and sweetness.

Notes

Soften cream cheese at room temperature for at least 30 minutes or use microwave in short bursts. Use an electric mixer for smooth dip texture. Keep fruit slices uniform and dip apple slices in lemon water to prevent browning if prepping ahead. Store dip in airtight container in fridge up to 3 days. Keep crackers separate until serving to avoid sogginess.
